Runs an action on a payment to approve, cancel, or return.

It is required when using PUT payment to approve, cancel, or return an incoming payment.     The ID of the payment.

    Approve, cancel or return.

    Format - date-time (as date-time in RFC3339). Timestamp for payment returned upon POST or via GET payment.
